Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will receive an order confirmation and shipment notification with tracking details via email or WhatsApp/sms.

Delivery Timeline
We offer standard delivery across India, with all orders expected to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your Geo-Pin   location by shipping mode of postal or courier availability.

Shipping Charges
Currently we are doing free shipping fee for order above Rs 800 , if displayed at checkout for only order value less than specified minimum order value.

Delays
While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, geo-pin remote locations or courier issues. Ziwara will not be held responsible for such delays but will keep you updated throughout the process.
